Biography

Political Scientist, Professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Head of the Political Systems and Doctrines Research Unit at the Institute of Political Science of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Scientific interests: local government, human rights and Polish political thought. She is the author of four monographs and 80 scientific articles, the editor of 11 collective publications. Executive Manager of the Polish-Ukrainian grant of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (2018/2019) on the Polish side; participant of the Visegrad grant (2019).
