Biography

Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Security and Defense of the Faculty of Security, Logistics and Management of the Military University of Technology. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal Studia Wschodnioeuropejskie, and a member of the Polish Association for European Studies. His research interests include the eastern policy of the European Union, post-Soviet countries with a particular emphasis on the South Caucasus including international relations and security in that part of the world, EU law and institutions, and the methodology of European studies. The author of dozens of scientific publications, including Armenia and Azerbaijan in the ENP – Missed Opportunities?, and “Online Journal Modelling the New Europe”, Interdisciplinary Studies 2020, no. 32; “Changing Power Dynamics and New Geopolitical Reality in the South Caucasus”, Studia Wschodnioeuropejskie 2022, no. 16.
