Olha Ivasechko

Biography

Associate Professor of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Lviv Polytechnik National University in 2012 she defended her dissertation in the field of political science. She is the author of more than 136 publications in the field of international relations, 6 articles of which belong to the scientific database Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), co-author of 5 scientific textbooks, 3 dictionaries, co-author of 5 monographs, more than 15 scientific publications. Last year, as co-author, she published The OSCE institutional and operational possibilities in the modern conflict resolution (by example of the activity of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine). Field of research: history of political doctrines, European studies, problems of regional policy and integration, social aspects of politics, energy security, migration policy. She is a member of the Jean Monnet program module grant project «EU Eastern Partnership Initiative: Opportunities for Ukraine». Ivan Vuhovskyi Prise for research on “Problems of adaptation of Ukrainian labor migrants in Poland: challenges and ways to solve them” (Poland, Warsaw University) (2020–2021).
