Katarzyna Kosior

PhD in Economics, she is an Assistant Professor at the Food Industry Economics Department at the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute in Warsaw. She is the author of publications on the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy and on the functioning of the agri-food sector in Poland and in the EU. Her current research focuses on analysing the conditions and effects of digitalisation in agriculture and the food industry.
