Faton Shabani

Biography

Ph.D., is a professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Tetova, North Macedonia. He previously served as Vice-Rector for Finance, Investments and Development at the University of Tetova and is a Member of the Senate of the University. He has also been a member of the National Council for Higher Education and Research Activity (2021– 2025), and since 2024 has served as a lecturer at the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors “Pavel Shatev” in Skopje. He is the author of seven university textbooks and the author or co-author of more than 100 peer- reviewed publications in academic journals and conference proceedings. He also serves on the editorial boards of numerous international scholarly journals and acts as a reviewer for academic publications. His research interests include Business Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Consumer Protection, Competition Law, and International Business Law. He has delivered lectures and served as a visiting professor at universities across Europe and North America.
