Biography
PhD, an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, at the University of Tetova (the Republic of North Macedonia). He is the author of fi ve textbooks: Bankruptcy (2021), Business Law (2021), Non-Judicial Dispute Resolution (2019), International Business Law Studia Europejskie – Studies in European Affairs, 1/2022 (2018), and Legal Consequences of Non-Performance of the Contract for International Sale of Goods (2016). He is also the author and co-author of more than 60 referred papers in indexed scientifi c journals and conference proceedings books. Current research interests: Business Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, Consumer Protection, Competition Law, and International Business Law. As a visiting professor, he has lectured at world-renowned universities in various countries including the USA, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia and Kosovo.
