European Cooperative Society as an Element of EU Economic Freedom
Abstract
In this article, we analyze legislation on the formation and functioning of the European Cooperative Society as a pan-European cooperative structure. The adopted paradigm as that of economic freedom, which is deemed one of the EU’s key objectives and consists in shaping economic relations in member states and across the entire European Union. The legal status is considered as at September 30th 2014.
