Professor, political scientist and lawyer. He specializes in European Union law, international law and international / European political relations. Head of the Department of European Integration Research at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism, Adam Mickiewicz University, expert in the European Union Affairs Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of Poland. President of the Polish Society of European Studies.
