Biography

PhD, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at İstanbul Ticaret University. Dr. Çağlıyan İçener holds BA, MA and PhD degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Bilkent University. Her research and publications focus on Turkish politics, Turkish political thought, comparative political systems, and ethics in global politics. Dr. Çağlıyan İçener has published in peer-reviewed journals including “Turkish Studies”, “Southeast European and Black Sea Studies”, “bilig: Journal of Social Sciences of the Turkic World”, and “Muhafazakâr Düşünce Dergisi” (the Journal of Conservative Thought).
