Yi-De Liu

Biography

Ph.D., is professor at the Institute of European Cultures and Tourism and Vice President for International Affairs at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). He was awarded a Ph.D. in European Studies from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and his research focuses on the EU’s cultural policy from a transnational perspective. He has been published nearly 30 times in international journals and has been thrice recognised as a Distinguished Professor at NTNU. He also serves as Acting Managing Supervisor of the European Community Studies Association Taiwan and is an editorial board member of the European Union Centre in Taiwan.
