Viktor Pashkov

Biography

Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Kharkiv, Ukraine. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Political Science with honours from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University and holds a PhD in Political Science from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (2016). He has more than ten years of teaching experience and is the author of over 40 scientific articles. His research interests include US–Ukrainian relations, US policy towards Central and Eastern Europe, foreign policy analysis, and higher education policy.
