PhD, Master of Law and Political Science. Deputy Director of the Institute of Political Science and Security Studies at the University of Szczecin. Chairman of the Provincial Electoral Commission in the West Pomeranian Voivodship. Research areas include: referendum procedure (mainly in Great Britain), public policy process (mainly in the area of security), local elections and electoral geography.
