Tamara Gajinov

Ph.D. – is an associate professor at the Dr Lazar Vrkatić Faculty of Law and Business Studies, Novi Sad, Union University, Belgrade with more than fifteen years of pedagogical and scientific research experience. Dr Gajinov is the author and co-author of three monographs and nearly thirty papers on domestic and foreign journals and conference proceedings in the field of civil, property, and environmental law. In addition to teaching, as a legal consultant, she has many years of experience in the field of the preparation and implementation of numerous domestic and international projects in the area of strengthening public participation in the processes of environmental decision-making, waste management, environmental impact assessment, and air protection. She is also a member of the International Academic Association for Spatial Planning, Law, and Property Rights, the Association for Insurance Law of Serbia, as well as the Association of Lawyers of Serbia.
