Rafał Riedel

Biography

is a full professor at the University of Opole and a Guest Professor at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (JGU). He has held various academic positions, fellowships, and scholarships at some of Europe’s most prestigious European studies institutions, including ETH Zurich (Switzerland), the University of Oslo (Norway), and the Max Planck Institute in Cologne (Germany). His research specialises in European integration, with a particular focus on differentiated integration, EU enlargement, Europeanisation processes, Euroscepticism, and the institutional dimensions of integration and related issues.
