Biography

Ph.D. – holds a doctoral degree in legal sciences, attorney at law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Director of the Representation Ofﬁce of the Polish Bank Association in Brussels. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of British and European Union Law at the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw. Secretary of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Bank Association, a member of the Legal Committee of the European Banking Federation, a member of the Stakeholder Council of the European Centre at the University of Warsaw, and, ﬁnally, a member of the Team Europe Direct at the Representation in Poland of the European Commission.
