Biography

Ph.D., is an associate professor in the School of Political Science and Public Administration at Xinjiang University, China. His research focuses on China–Central and Eastern Europe relations, European affairs and energy politics. His work has been published in the Central Asian Survey, the Asia Europe Journal and the Journal of Contemporary European Studies.
