Paweł Bagiński

Biography

Ph.D., is a graduate of the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw, and completed his doctoral studies at the Collegium of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics. He specialises in issues related to development aid and development cooperation, financing for development, and the activities of multilateral development banks. He currently works as an economic advisor in the International Department of the National Bank of Poland. Previously, he has worked, among others, for the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Stefan Batory Foundation (one of Poland’s leading non-governmental organisations), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, where he was involved in creating the Polish Aid programme. He is the author of numerous publications on development aid and development cooperation.
