Biography

Ph.D., is an assistant professor at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, Košice, Slovakia. His research focuses on the impacts of new digital forms of communication and the use of social media in policymaking, with particular attention to the role of trust, transparency, and openness in public institutions. As a member of a working group, he contributed to formulating the Principles of Integrity in Public Administration, successfully adopted by the Government of the Slovak Republic in 2023. His research and teaching interests are reflected in his involvement in national and international projects in recent years, including The Future of Public Administration (FoPA); European Inclusive Education for Digital Society, Social Innovation and Global Citizenship (EURIDICE); and Strengthening the Resilience of Public Administration after COVID-19 with the CAF.
