Biography

Habilitated doctor, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Doctoral studies at the interdisciplinary college Global Financial Markets at the Faculty of Law, University of Jena. A graduate of law and international relations from the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in comparative law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bonn ( LL.M.). The holder of scholarships granted by prestigious German institutions supporting science including the Max Planck Institute for Public Comparative Law and International Law in Heidelberg, German Bundestag (IPS), and the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft and Stiftung Geld und Währung foundations. The head of two research projects funded by the National Science Center (NCN) and a member of a research team in three German-Polish projects. The author of numerous publications on European administrative law, including monographs in English (Theorising the Legitimacy of EU Regulatory Agencies, Berlin 2019), and German (Die Reform der Bankenaufsicht in der Europäischen Union, Tübingen 2012).
