Miroslav Fečko

Biography

Ph.D., is an assistant professor at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Slovakia. His research focuses on e-government, the digital transformation of society, communal management, the green transition, public policy, and the theory of public administration. This orientation is reflected in his involvement in numerous national and international projects in recent years, including Capacity Building for an Output-Oriented Management in Small and Medium-Sized Municipalities (KoWist); Functional City Regions as an Innovative Approach for Integrated Territorial Development; Public Administration Education Quality Enhancement (PAQUALITY); Driving Change and Capacity Building Towards Innovative, Entrepreneurial Universities (InnoChange); and Strengthening the Resilience of Public Administration after COVID-19 with the Common Assessment Framework. Between 2021 and 2024, he coordinated the project Digital Government for Green Municipalities and Cities (DiGreen).
