Biography

Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of International Studies at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade. His research focuses on stigmatisation processes in international society, the political and security dynamics of the Balkans, and U.S. foreign policy and politics. His most recent book is Stigma, Fear and Foreign Policy: Serbia’s Destigmatization Dilemma in the Western Balkans (CEU Press, 2026). He was a Marshall Memorial Fellow of the German Marshall Fund and a Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) Scholar at Bard College, New York. He has delivered guest lectures at The Ohio State University, Clemson University, the University of Cincinnati, and the University of Ljubljana.
