Marta Najda-Janoszka

Ph.D., is a professor at the Institute of Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Her research focuses on strategic management and entrepreneurship, with particular attention to institutional mechanisms of value co-creation and capture in complex stakeholder settings, as well as innovation processes, including the integration of STI and DUI models across diverse regional and sectoral contexts. She specialises in qualitative research and has led and contributed to projects funded by national research agencies, including the National Science Centre (Poland) (NCN), the National Centre for Research and Development (Poland) (NCBRiR), and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Poland) (MNiSW), as well as international programmes such as Horizon Europe and the Jean Monnet Programme. She has published monographs, textbooks, and articles in leading international journals indexed in Academic Journal Guide (AJG) and Journal Citation Reports (JCR), co-edited special issues, and received multiple Rector’s awards. She is active in the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) and the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), and collaborates on expert and strategic projects with partners including the Association of Polish Spa Municipalities, Statistics Poland, and the Kraków Technology Park.
