Full Professor, Dean of the Faculty of International Relations of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Professor at the Institute of Politology of Opole University. Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomatic Service (from 1992), visiting Professor at the Universities in the USA, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland (2010–2014). Fields of research: theory of international relations, international security, foreign policy of Ukraine.
