Marija Mijatović

Biography

Ph.D. – is an assistant professor at the Dr Lazar Vrkatić Faculty of Law and Business Studies in Novi Sad, at the Union University in Belgrade. Her specific scientific fields are: international trade contracts; European Union law; and the harmonisation of law. The author of a monography and nearly 30 scientific works in domestic and foreign journals and conference proceedings in the field of international trade contracts, soft law instruments, and the harmonisation of law, Dr Mijatović is also a member of the Association for Insurance Law of Serbia as well as the Association of Lawyers of Serbia. She is editor-in-chief of The European Insurance Law Review.Francisco Javier Montilla Aguilera – a graduate of Law and Political Science with honorific mention in Comparative Politics and International Relations in the University of Granada (Spain). He received a research scholarship in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration in the University of Granada. His main fields of research are comparative politics, international relations, and strategic studies.
