Biography

Ph.D., is an assistant professor and Deputy Director for Teaching and Student Affairs at the Institute of European Studies at the University of Wrocław. He has authored and co-authored numerous publications and conference papers in the fields of security studies and international relations. As part of his research on great power rivalry, he developed the original theory of hegemonic neorealism. He is a founding member and Vice President of the Projekt Akademia association, as well as a member of the Research Group on Hegemonic Change in International Relations.
