Biography
PhD, a Professor at the SGH-Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. She specialises in value-based management, value measurement, the valuation of companies, and the issue of investors’ expectations on the capital market and their implementation on the value management system. She is an author of two monographs along with many articles in domestic and foreign scientifi c journals, and co-author of numerous books in the fi eld of value-based management and business valuation. She is a member of the Council of Collegium of Business of Administration, Research Committee at the Collegium of Business Administration, and Head of Postgraduate Studies of Methods of Capital Companies’ Valuations. She has won many awards and honours in the fi eld of scientifi c activity.
