Liliana Kubis

M.A., is a Ph.D. candidate in Security Studies at the University of Wrocław. She holds a Master’s degree in European Diplomacy with a specialisation in Foreign Policy from the University of Wrocław, obtained in 2025 in the discipline of political science and public administration. Her Master’s thesis examined German climate policy after 2021. She also holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the same university, one in Russian Philology (2021) and one in German Philology (2023). Her research interests within international relations and security studies include the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), climate policy, climate change, and energy security. Her doctoral research focuses on the comparative implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, with particular attention to German and EU climate and energy policy analysed from the perspective of energy and ecological security.
