Biography

Ph.D. – is an associate professor and head of the Public Department at the University of Tirana’s Faculty of Law in Albania. She completed her studies at the same faculty with an average grade of 10 and was awarded a Gold Medal certiﬁcate in recognition of completing her studies with honours, and went on to complete her Postgraduate Advanced Studies in Public Law. In 2007, she earned her Doctor of Science title from the Public Law Department at the University of Tirana’s Faculty of Law. In 2014, she received the academic title of Assoc. Prof. Dr. via a decision of the Council of Professors of the University of Tirana’s Faculty of Law. During 1997–1998, she was a scientiﬁc collaborator at the Faculty of Trieste, Italy, in a program entitled Historical and Legal Evolution of Balkan Countries. She is the author of more 30 scientiﬁc papers which have been presented at conferences and published in international journals.
