Biography

Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of National Security, Public Management, and Administration and serves as Scientific Secretary at Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University. She is the author of over 30 scientific and educational works, including three articles indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, one textbook, and one collective monograph. Her research interests include public management of urban development, youth policy and volunteering, and urban development under conditions of martial law and during post-war reconstruction. She serves as an expert on the accreditation of educational programmes at the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (2019–2024) and has completed international internships in Slovakia, Poland, and Turkey. She has participated in research projects including the Mechanism for Overcoming the Consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian War in Urban Areas project as the responsible executor.
