Ph.D, assistant professor at Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, University of Warsaw; president of Institute of Political Science Foundation; former vice dean for science at Faculty of National Security, War Studies University; member of IPSA; European Commission (ID: EX2018D331487) and National Institute of Freedom expert; took part in projects fi nanced by Institute of European Studies in Macau and National Center of Research and Development (Poland).
