Biography
PhD candidate at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, (Romania), Faculty of European Studies, at the Doctoral School “European Paradigm”. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies and two Master’s degrees; one in Management and International and European Negotiations and one in Transatlantic Studies, all from the Faculty of European Studies. Her main fields of interest include the history of international relations, cultural elements influencing the negotiation process, multicultural dialogue, the mythology of salvation, contemporary patterns of the transatlantic relation and world geopolitics. Papers Iulia-Anamaria has had published so far address the psychological models of decision-making in negotiation contexts, the evolution of the transatlantic partnership, the transatlantic alliance’s response to current global challenges, Europe and the concept of solidarity, the Eastern Mediterranean and intercultural conflict management. She was an intern at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Public, Cultural and Scientific Diplomacy Direction (between July and September 2016) and has attended various conferences, workshops and simulations on European and transatlantic topics.
