Hanna Włodarkiewicz-Klimek

Biography

Ph.D., is a professor at the Poznań University of Technology’s Faculty of Management Engineering, where she heads the research laboratory on Sustainable Development and Enterprise Strategy. Her research and scientific projects focus on sustainable development strategies, changes in the state and structure of human capital in the economy of the future, and new management concepts in enterprises, with a particular emphasis on business agility. She leads postgraduate programmes in sustainable enterprise development, including ESG implementation and reporting, enterprise management, project management, and business process management. She has completed numerous research scholarships at universities across Poland and Europe.
