Biography

Professor of Criminalistics in the Department of Criminal Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina/ Kosovo. His research on the politics of terrorism and security has been published in journals including the “Review of NATO Science for Peace and Security Series E”; and the “Journal for Juridical and Social Issues of the Faculty of Law/University of Prishtina” among others. He is the author and editor of several books, including: Terrorism (2002); Criminalistics, Detection and Proving of Crime (co-authored with Professor Vesel Latifi , 2019), and Murders in Post-war Kosovo (2006). He is the author of a large number of scientifi c papers published in both domestic and international reviews and journals.
