Biography

Full Professor at the Faculty of International Business and Economics, Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, where she has been teaching and researching since 1992. Between 2008 and 2019, she was the Director General of the European Institute of Romania (EIR) and Director of the Romanian Journal of European Affairs. In more than 25 years of experience in the fi eld of European Integration, Professor Dragan has coordinated various research, training, and communication projects and participated as a speaker in numerous prestigious national and international conferences and seminars.
