Biography
PhD, a Professor of the Faculty of Law at the State University of Tetova in Tetova (North Macedonia). His academic background includes a BA in Law (basic law studies), an MA in Constitutional Law and a PhD in Constitutional Law with a specific interest on the separation of power and constitutive justice. His publication list contains papers, chapters, and monographs emphasising the role of the parliaments in the democratization and consolidation of the Western Balkans, the fall of the principle of separation of power, about constitutive justice. Professor Kuqi is a former Minister of Economy in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia (2016–2018). He has passed both the Bar and Notary exams.
