Dominika Moravcová

Biography

Ph.D., JUDr., Ing., MBA, is an assistant professor at the Institute of Clinical Legal Education, Faculty of Law, Trnava University, Slovakia. Her research primarily addresses international private and procedural law, European Union law, and the intersections between these domains and public international law. In addition to her legal qualifications, Dr. Moravcová holds a degree in economics, which has significantly enriched her expertise, particularly in areas where law and economics intersect. As part of her academic responsibilities, she is actively involved in preparing students for moot court competitions, with a particular focus on mentoring beginners in the field of EU law.
