Biography
Professor, he leads the Rule of Law research group at the CEU Democracy institute in Budapest and teaches at the CEU Department of Legal Studies in Vienna. In the Hilary term of 2021 he co-convened a seminar on Citizenship by Investment at the Centre for Migration, Policy and Society at the University of Oxford. Dimitry Vladimirovich has also taught at Princeton, the College of Europe (Natolin), LUISS Guido Carli, Groningen, Turin and Osaka, among numerous others and was Émile Noël Fellow at NYU Law School. He has consulted for governments and international organisations and institutions and served as the founding chairman of the Investment Migration Council (Geneva). His latest book Citizenship (MIT 2019) has been translated into several languages and discussed in the New York Review of Books.
