Biography

Ph.D., is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory, University of Belgrade. His research focuses on elections, political parties, and hybrid regimes. He has published more than 60 articles and other scholarly contributions in academic journals and edited volumes, as well as a monograph on electoral system reform in Serbia. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Belgrade.
