Biography

Ph.D., is a lawyer and political scientist, in addition to being a university professor at the Krakow University of Economics, whose research interests include federalism, constitutionalism, constitutional and international courts, international organisations, international law, European law, international political relations, the theory of international relations, ethics in international relations, political systems, and international security. Professor Kabat-Rudnicka is the author of two monographs – Zasada federalna a integracja ponadnarodowa. Unia Europejska między federalizmem dualistycznym a kooperatywnym (Kraków 2010), and Konstytucjonalizacja Unii Europejskiej a sądownictwo konstytucyjne – wielopoziomowa współpraca czy rywalizacja? (Warszawa, 2016).
