Biography

Ph.D., is an Iranian scholar in the field of political science and international relations. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Guilan in Rasht, Iran, a position he has held since October 2023. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Guilan in 2019. His academic work focuses on geopolitics, Eurasian studies, and international security, particularly issues related to regional and global power competition, foreign policy strategies, and geopolitical dynamics in Eurasia and WestAsia. His research frequently examines topics such as Russian foreign policy, US–Russia relations, regional security in the Caucasus and the Middle East, and the geopolitical implications of global power shifts. In addition to his academic publications, he participates in research initiatives related to political and economic studies of Eurasia and contributes to scholarly discussions on international relations and regional security. He is fluent in English and Russian and actively engaged in academic research and teaching at the University of Guilan.
