Biography

Ph.D., is an associate professor of political science at the Institute of Political Science and Public Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In years 2021-2024, she served as Vice-Rector of KUL for Students, Doctoral Students, and Development and, since 2024, she has served as Vice-Rector of KUL for Students and Internationalisations. She is an expert with Team Europe at the European Commission Representation in Poland, President of the Association for Education and International Research (ERIA), a member of the Advisory Team of the Minister of Education and Science for the financing of international scientific cooperation, and a member of the Council for Innovative Social and Economic Development of Lublin at the President of the City of Lublin. Additionally, she serves as the Vice President of the Lublin Branch of the Polish Society for European Studies (PTSE). She is initiator and the head of the Centre for Research on Diplomacy of the Catholic University of Lublin, which has been in existence since 2023. Her research interests encompass international relations, European integration, the foreign and security policy of the European Union, the eastern policy of the EU and the position and identity of the EU on the international arena, soft power, and public diplomacy. She is the author of dozens of scientific publications including Soft Power in the Policy of the European Union towards the Eastern Partnership countries (Lublin, 2017). As part of her research, she has completed several internships and study visits, including those to the European Commission and the European Parliament, the European University in Florence, the London School of Economics in London, and, within the Erasmus Plus Programme, to universities in Kyiv and Lutsk, Budapest, Brussels, Vilnius, Lviv, Istanbul, Israel, Barcelona, and Porto.
