Anna Umińska-Woroniecka

Ph.D. (dr hab.), is an associate professor at the Institute of International and Security Studies, University of Wrocław. She is Chair of the Council of the Academic Discipline of International Relations at UWr. She has been a visiting professor at Oxford University and Charles University, Prague, and collaborates with the Promotion and Cultural Diplomacy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on strategies related to foreign cultural policy. Her research focuses on Foreign Policy Analysis, particularly at the unit level, theories of international relations, and the foreign cultural policies of states. She examines models of public and cultural diplomacy employed by medium- and small-sized countries. She has authored several publications addressing the cultural dimensions of international relations and foreign policy.
