Anna Llanos-Antczak

Biography

PhD. She is an Associated Professor and a Vicerector of the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. She holds an MA in international relations as well as English formal linguistics from the University of Warsaw. She worked in the Ministry of Defence, US Embassy (Defence Attaché Office) and Polish Senate. She was granted NATO Defence College Eisenhower Scholarship in 2016. She is a member of Business Centre Club, Euro-Atlantic Association, MENSA International and Advisory Board at the International Institute of Engineers and Researchers. She was presented Franklin Award and Meritorious Honour Award of the United States Department of State. She was also awarded National Education Committee Medal granted by the Minister of National Education in 2013 and Bronze Medal for Long Service in the field of Science and Academic Education granted by the President of the Republic of Poland in 2015. She is an author of over 100 publications (monographs and articles) related to international relations and security with the focus on the European Union published in international publishing houses (e.g. Palgrave MacMillan) and high impact factor journals (e.g. Europe-Asia Studies, Korean Journal of Defence Analysis, Defence and Security Analysis, Defence and Strategy).
