Ph.D., Historian and political scientist. Assistant
Professor at the Department Political Theories of Eastern Studies, Institute of Political Science and Public Administration at the John Paul II
Catholic University in Lublin. Senior Analyst, the Department of Eastern Europe, at the Institute of Central Europe in Lublin. An intern at
the Institute of Sociology, Russian Academy of Sciences (2013), and the
Ukrainian Catholic University (2013). A visiting fellow at the Nanovic
Institute for European Studies at the University of Notre Dame, USA
(2019). Research interests: international relations within the post-soviet area, the security of the Eastern European region, migration, ethnic and
religious policies, the situation of national and religious minorities in the
East, and the role of the Catholic Church in the socio-political life of the
countries of the former Eastern Bloc.
