Aleksandra Samonek

PhD candidate and doctoral researcher at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations and the Institute of Philosophy at the Jagiellonian University. Currently a research fellow at Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium. Specializing in the political aspects of cyber security, surveillance and the right to privacy, Aleksandra is also interested in the processes of democratization and democratic backsliding, especially in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
